Within the framework of a third-stage democracy (or Stage 3), the political process evolves from a rigid and intermittent system into a highly participatory, continuous, and adaptable one.

5. “Planetary Manager” Perspective and Long-Term Vision
The ideal candidate must think beyond their own term, their party, or even the borders of their nation. They must act with the mindset of a “Planetary Manager,” seeing the world not as a resource to exploit, but as an interconnected system where today’s decisions must ethically and morally protect the viability of all future generations. They have the strategic foresight to anticipate large-scale crises (such as climatic or economic cataclysms) and proactively adapt society.
6. High Self-Discipline and Inner Receptivity
Finally, the ideal politician exercises great self-discipline in their character and daily life. Whether they belong to a formal religion or are secular, they must possess an open, reflective, and spiritual mind, being willing to listen to their inner guidance (the Thought Adjuster) to make consistent ethical decisions. They know they do not have all the answers and submit their will to the greater good of humanity.
