Dear readers,
When I began reading The Urantia Book (UB) in 1974, at the age of 21, after being raised in a Christian church community, it opened vast windows of understanding in my mind. Suddenly, I realized that I was part of a magnificent universe filled with life. I became aware of a vast celestial administration working behind the scenes to support and guide humanity. I discovered that I had access to an Inner Guide and to spiritual circuits that connect us with higher realities. Most importantly, I realized that I was a cosmic citizen—one among countless beings in a living universe.
At that time, my question was: Why is this knowledge not widely known?
The UB provides part of the answer. It explains that our planet experienced a severe rebellion whose purpose was to challenge divine authority and spiritual reality through the promotion of self-will. According to these teachings, this rebellion, which began approximately 200,000 years ago, altered the evolutionary trajectory of our world and contributed to many of the difficulties humanity continues to face today.
In 2010, I began reading numerous transcripts from the Teaching Mission (TM) and the Correcting Time (CT), which convinced me that revelation is an ongoing process. Today, many books and movements speak about Oneness, wisdom, planetary consciousness, and human transformation, often without explicitly connecting these ideas to spirituality.
The celestials have repeatedly encouraged us with messages such as:
“Now it is time to roll up your sleeves and engage with your fellow workers. Let us be still. Let us retreat to our inner sanctuary and hear the voice of our Father’s representative, receiving guidance, feedback, and greater understanding of what is needed for our growth as spirit-led souls.”
Today, humanity faces profound challenges marked by division, conflict, misinformation, environmental strain, and growing uncertainty about the future. Too often, fear, self-interest, and mistrust overshadow our shared humanity, leaving many feeling isolated and discouraged. Yet these difficulties also reveal the urgent need for greater compassion, wisdom, cooperation, and respect for the value of every human life. The choices we make today will shape the world inherited by future generations, making this a pivotal moment to choose unity over division, understanding over judgment, and love over fear.
This is why I am committed to sharing the good news that we are not alone and that we have tremendous support from above—if we sincerely ask for it.
It is time to promote decision-making based upon the seven innate values of humanity: Life, Equality, Growth, Quality of Life, Compassion, Empathy, and Love. Through these values, ethics and morality can once again become the foundation of our personal choices, our communities, and our societies.
