How Our Design Team Operates
Design teams bring together individuals who contribute different functions throughout a collaborative process. While each member may have a primary role, team members often serve in multiple capacities as projects evolve. The effectiveness of the team depends not on hierarchy alone, but on shared values, respectful dialogue, collective intelligence, and a commitment to thoughtful discernment.

Provides overall guidance for the team’s work, supports alignment with the team’s purpose and values, encourages participation, and helps the group move from ideas toward practical outcomes.
